TEST DRIVE MEME
Interested in joining Terminal Tokyo? Well, before you apply feel free to testdrive any character you're interested in playing here! This is a good way to see how your character will work in the environment or even the potential CR.

For the sake of this meme you are allowed to choose your own partners but it will not count as game canon. Nothing that happens here will, it's just for practice!

That said we've decided to give you a bit of what you will see if you join the game. Keep in mind once a month we'll put up sets of missions your characters can join for bit, which is what some of these are! Others are mini-events. So here we go:

MINI-EVENTS
1 POWER PROBLEMS A swarm of Kunemon have invaded from the forest! Having electric attributes in their attacks, they're causing all sorts of power problems around the city. Can they be stopped before electrical fires start up?
2) BATTLE MUSIC: One of the shifts causes music to follow your character around for a maximum of two days. Are they upset? Rocking out? Whatever they're doing we hope they're enjoying their new battle theme!
3) CRAZY WEATHER WE'RE HAVING!: Have you ever heard the expression "raining cats and dogs?" Well, now it's raining Gatomon and Doggymon, and they're understandably pretty unhappy! Or maybe you happen to be on one of the more normal weather days, like a sudden heatwave, or a freak blizzard, or a raging sandstorm! Better watch out for that tornado day, too. You're already not in Kansas anymore, after all!

MISSIONS
1) BABYSITTER ANYONE?: 300 BIT Petermon’s a jerk. He’s used his abilities to brainwash some baby Digimon into causing havoc around the city! Stop them from wrecking everything, again, but don’t hurt them too bad!
2) WE CAN REBUILD IT: 500 BIT The poor, poor city. It's in shambles! You've been drafted to help fix it up, in whatever way you can. Planting trees in the park? Fixing holes in the apartment building? Reconstruction of entire shops? Hope you're good with a hammer.
3) I'VE BEEN WORKING ON THE TRAILMON: 300 BIT Though they live in what's called a "graveyard", the Trailmon who live there are still Digimon and need love too. Give them a bath. Sing them a song. Treat them nicely, and they might give you a reward for keeping them company.
4 FIRE! 500 BIT The DemiMeramon's are a mischievous bunch, aren't they? Don't think so? Well, we hope that's not your house they're trying to burn down! A bunch of DemiMeramon are loose and setting fire to the outskirts of the city. Stop them before they destroy the whole city, but be careful! They may turn into Meramon, easy enough.
5) TRAINING WITH CHOSEN: 100 BIT With some of the recent Chosen adjusting to their roles, some of the newer Chosen might be looking to them for help, which includes fighting experience. In the spirit of promoting such camaraderie, an observing or participating NPC will give those actively training a few bits for their effort.

And, as always, you're also allowed to do this in a free form! These are just ideas to get your gears rolling and see what to expect.
(NOTE: All missions and events are more light-hearted here, but will not always be in game).

[ Sora had felt everything Roxas felt before. it might have been a dream, but it had been very real too. nah, Roxas doesn't have to finish. because Sora already knows the sort of pain and anger that Roxas harbors.

None of that matters. And you're definitely not a Nobody either, Roxas. You've got your own heart with your own feelings. Your own friends.

[ Sora kinda has a problem with that. ]

[Roxas can't help but smile.]

How is it you can always think that way? I don't think I'll ever get you, Sora.

[But still...hearing that lifts Roxas' spirits.]

I don't know about having my own heart, but thanks.

How could you not have your own heart?

That would make two of us.

[ Ryuudamon snorts, but the smile he has? it's just an endearment. after all, they had been through quite a lot together. Sora, on the other hand sticks out his tongue while Vixie just puts a hand over her mouth to hide the laughter. ]

It's true, though. And that's because...

[ bah heart business. Sora turns to Flamon, hands locked behind his head. ]

The heart we're talking about isn't that beating thing in your chest. It's what makes you, well, you. Your memories and how you feel about them and the people around you... That stuff makes up your heart.

So Roxas definitely has one of his own. I know that his feelings are different than mine. So it has to be his own.

Even if it wasn't my choice, I'm glad you're the one who's going to save everyone, Sora. I don't know if I'll ever be able to look at things the way you do.

[Flamon looks at Roxas, at his bittersweet smile, and at Sora, and his two partners, and how happy the three of them are. It's hard for him not to smile himself. Is this what Roxas meant?]

Everyone lied to me so much, I guess I never really knew what a heart was supposed to be.

Me save everyone? It will be everyone working together that does it.

[ pfft. geez. he doesn't do anything by himself. c'mon now, Roxas. ]

But I think the reason that Xemnas and them lied was because they didn't want you to know. We've all been just tools to them.

Yeah. Nothing he ever try to tell either of us was true, was it?

[Flamon looks at Sora's partners.]

Are either of you following any of this? Who are they talking about?

I doubt it. I still don't believe everything he's said lately.

[ Renamon shakes her head. nope. she has no idea. Ryudamon shrugs. ]

A little. Some memories where broadcasted over the televisions.

That's probably the smartest thing you could do. He did his best to control me with all his lies, and I bet he's trying to do the same to you.

[Flamon sighs.]

Kinda sounds like you got the short end of the stick here, Roxas...

[Roxas shakes his head.]

I don't think there was any other way things could have gone. I'm happy now, and I finally get a chance to hang out with Sora, and fight alongside him.

[He grins, lighting up the space.]

Don't worry about all that stuff that happened to me. It's not like I can go back and change it.

Hey Sora, let's take our partners and go get some ice cream. I wanna show Flamon the icing on the cake.

Sure was.

[ but he has friends that will support and help him get back on track. lots of friends. and that includes Roxas.

rest assured, if there is a way that Sora can make it so that things can be like this, even when they get back home, he will. for Roxas to be his own person and not just inside of his heart.

now... Vixie doesn't have to be told twice. she links arms with both Sora and Roxas and starts pulling them along before Sora can even answer that. enough serious talk. it's fun friendship time. ]

I'm gonna say... It's icecream time. [ he snorts with a laugh. ]

[Roxas tries to yank his arm back at first, but after a second he starts laughing too.]

C'mon Flamon, you don't wana get left behind do ya?

[Flamon shakes his head and smiles, then grabs Ryudamon the same way Vixie had grabbed the Chosen, and drags him along after the three of them.]

[ Ryudamon looks like he's going to pull away, but resigns himself to being dragged around by overly friendly types. Sora has the crest of friendship so he'll just have to get used to being all up and friendly with people too. :d

Vixie, though, relinquishes the captive arms as soon as they are inside. she wants to be the first to look through all of the flavors and pick one. hyperactive Renamon is hyperactive. ~~wonder where she gets that from.~~ ]

Might not have sea salt, you know.

[ Vixie looks over, questioning. ]

Why would you want something sweet to taste salty?

[Roxas sighs with relief when Vixie lets him go, and shrugs at Sora.]

I didn't think they would anyway. And it tastes really good, Vixie. You should try it if they have some.

[Flamon, meanwhile, has dragged Ryudamon over to the case to look at flavors too, and keeps pointing out the craziest sounding ones.]

[ Ryudamon is a straight forward digi. he is just going to have simple chocolate, no matter how weird the flavors sound. let Flamon experiment. Ryudamon don't mess around with food. B(

Sora, though. now Sora could be convinced to try a different sort of flavor. the wildest one of course. ]

I really don't know what I want.

Neither do I. Maybe let Roxas pick.

[ because being new and all. ]

[Flamon ribs Ryudamon jovially.]

C'mon, where's your sense of adventure?

[Roxas, though, is looking over all the flavors.]

I can't decide what I want, either.
